Ambience is very nice. Unfortunately, the wrong drinks were brought and we remembered the food better. Too cold and for some dishes too much or too little salt. So average food. What we didn't really know was the staff. Communication wasn't their forte that evening. It changed.

Very friendly and helpful service employee (Hussein). Beer, steak and salad were delicious. Unfortunately, my wife didn't like the fish, she suspected frozen goods. But we still liked the ambience very much.

Located directly on the Nahe. Nice open terrace with a view of the river and the interior. Nice, courteous service who always served quickly. The Staek was very good and so were the fries. The recommendation for dark beer was great. Tasted really good. We will come back.

Great atmosphere, the food is good but you are welcome to come up with something special. The curry sausage was rather simple and the range of dishes was simple. Which is not meant negatively, but it is better. The beer garden would give it away.

Yesterday we went to Bad Kreuznach for a day trip. After a few hours in the city, we wanted to see the salt flats. By chance we noticed the "Brauwerk" beer garden. Somewhat hidden but really well located near the campsite, the saltworks and the Nahe. Corona concept was quite exemplary. Beer, shandy and pretzels were extremely tasty, fresh and of course cold. Weather played along too. All in all nice. Staff was friendly too. The only minus point that there were no menus or drinks cards on the tables.

We were very excited about the cheese spaetzle! Very large portions. The service was very quick and friendly. We would come again. On the subject of Corona. The service wears very exemplary masks and every table is cleaned thoroughly, contact details are recorded.

I regularly go for walks in Bad Kreuznach and Bad Münster am Stein. As a destination or a stopover, I often stop at this saline brewery. In Corona times, of course, outdoors. There is really delicious Salienenbräu there. From light to wheat beer to dark. There are also other beers depending on the season. Yesterday I was lucky enough to drink a delicious elderberry beer. That would be very tasty and refreshing after the long walk.

As a toddler family of 4, we were on Sundays in KH on the Salinenweg / Uferpromenade and spontaneously decided to go to a restaurant for lunch. Looks promising from the outside, as it is located directly on the saltworks. We were lucky because without a reservation for lunch, even in times of Corona, getting a free table is difficult! (Seat on the terrace ... No way!) The service was friendly, courteous and child-oriented. Unfortunately, the menu / the food is not a highlight and sometimes too expensive. Schnitzel once Viennese style, once Braumeisterart in taste and quality ok. The dark beer sauce lacked everything except that it was "dark". Small portion of ketchup for the fries for the children was charged extra. Food came late compared to other orders from guests who came after us. The drinks ok, the home-brewed wheat delicious and fresh. Payment by card is possible, but needs patience if there are many guests who want to pay at the same time. Tenor: disappointing, too loud & hectic, the ambience no longer makes up for it.

Visit in the evening at 7.30 p.m. for a beer. The first impression - it's not going to happen, you are waiting for guests in the beer garden. But then first fill in the slip with personal data. Then hire yourself, order, pay immediately, if possible change. The waiters (2) are only there to clear away. Well, Corona. By the way, the beer was delicious (black beer)

I was last there about 5 years ago. Fortunately, the beer still tastes very good. The beer goulash wasn't like it was back then, but it was still delicious. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Despite the hefty price. Its worth it. Great pepper sauce with the schnitzel! Great service, food is ready quite quickly. If you want to eat outside (on the terrace), make a reservation. Come back!

The cola was too warm. Cooling couldn't handle the temperatures when asked. Explanation of the waiter: The refrigerator currently only manages 14 degrees Celsius. The beer ordered twice was not served even after 30 minutes. Explanation of the waiter: It's just full, that can happen. The ordered food was brought, not cutlery. Upon request, it was brought in after a few minutes. In the photo the "clear beef broth with soup noodles in the beer bottle" is served. The beef broth turned out to be hot, very weakly flavored water and the soup noodles turned out to be a single UNCOOKED macaroni. When asked by the waiter, he said the soup was just like that. We let this "soup" go back and ordered a potato soup instead, which still wasn't there after 20 minutes. Since the rest of us had finished our mediocre food, we canceled the soup, paid, and left. In summary, never again.

Great restaurant where everything was right, service was always friendly, food was delicious. If you have any questions or concerns about the food, this will be solved and implemented by the waitress without any problems. The menu has a very good selection of dishes, which are also plentiful on the plate. The beer garden is cozy, but you can get drinks and food yourself. A clear recommendation from me.

Not bad, good Virgin beer (with Grenade and without alcohol), beer bread is like any other bread (not that special), they acvept dogs :! generous meals but it is waste ;(

Amazing food, good service overall very nice restaurant.

Popular place in good location by the river, with a wide selection of beer-related food. Quality is very good and portions are not too overwhelming. Many home-brewed beers and fascinatingly wrong stuff like beer cocktails. Quick service and friendly staff. Good value - 20 Euros can get you a couple of beers and dinner.

Very nice garden with and barbeque, small playground for kids just next to waterwall.

The Bratwurst was freshly cooked and fantastically juicy, not like those places where it's been sitting round for ages getting all shrivelled up. Excellent beer too!

Nice location and atmosphere, good food (at least partly), mediocre service. The Brauwerk is located at the river Nahe which makes for nice green surroundings. The place itself sports a gorgeous interior design. We had a large room to ourselves, since we went for a work reunion. My food (roasted pork leg) was absolutely wonderful, while some of my former colleagues were not as happy. The service seems to be mostly made up of temporary stuff or beginners who were friendly enough, but lacked professionalism.
